We are seeking a dynamic individual for an entry level Marketing Associate position. Candidates must be highly motivated, creative, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include: Identifying, qualifying, and sparking interest with target accounts; managing small volume customers; creating brand-specific presentations; executing direct-to-customer digital marketing outreach; researching and analyzing materials, finishes, and industry trends to create strategic development plans; working closely with our industrial design team to create renderings and samples for specific accounts; and creating digital marketing tools (videos, presentations, email campaigns, etc.) to be used for account development.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related field; 1-2 years of experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and have the discipline to focus on (and achieve) long term goals, while still managing short term needs. Additionally, candidates need to possess excellent written and oral communication skills; be able to set goals and devise strategic plans to accomplish those goals; and possess excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Video editing skills are a plus.

We are a privately owned business founded in 1946. Our headquarters are located in Concordville, Delaware County, PA. We maintain a casual, yet professional atmosphere.
